- AI-assisted script generation with variable complexity levels
- Advanced research tools with automated citation management
- Voice profiling and brand consistency features
- Competitor analysis and strategic intelligence
- Plagiarism detection and content authenticity verification
- Multi-channel management and team collaboration tools

1.2 Credit System
Our Service operates on a credit-based model where different features consume varying amounts of credits:
- Script generation: 3-5 credits (based on complexity)
- Research summarization: 1 credit per source
- Voice profile analysis: 2 credits per session
- Competitor reports: 5 credits per analysis
- Plagiarism checks: 1 credit per check
- AI refinements: 0.5 credits per interaction

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

2.1 Account Creation
To access our Service, you must create an account providing accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Service.

2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and current

2.3 Organization Accounts
If you create an organization account:
- You warrant you have authority to bind the organization to these Terms
- Team members added to your organization are subject to these Terms
- You are responsible for all team member activities within your organization

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PAYMENT

3.1 Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple subscription plans:
- Research Pro: $29/month (80 credits, 2 channels, 3 team members)
- Creator Studio: $89/month (150 credits, 5 channels, 10 team members)
- Analytics Pro: $249/month (400 credits, unlimited channels/team)

3.2 Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

3.3 Credit Usage
- Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
- Additional credits may be purchased separately
- Credit consumption is final and non-refundable

3.4 Refund Policy
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
- Refunds are not available for consumed credits
- Partial month refunds are calculated pro-rata

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

4.3 Content Standards
All content created must:

- Not contain false or misleading information

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 Your Content
- You retain all rights to content you create using our Service
- You grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content for Service improvement
- You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish

- All Service features, AI models, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.

11.3 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

11.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
